Cancellation Policy for all bookings

Please note our cancellation policy is 12 hours for all reservations except groups of 8 or more for which 5 days apply. If you are unable to honour your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible, either by phone or via the CANCEL button on your confirmation and reminder emails. We are a small family-run business, and we rely on guests to cancel their reservations in good time if they are unable to attend. If you are running late, please call us and let us know. In the unlikely event that your reservation is not cancelled within this period, then a cancellation fee of €65 per person for lunch or €98 per person for dinner would then be charged to the card supplied.

One Pico also has its own beautiful Private Dining Room which is the perfect venue for any private, social or business event from 10 to 34 people. The Private Dining Room is available to book at lunch or dinner, Tuesday to Saturday and has its own private bar.
