The restaurant has capacity for 80 people for total book out events. The Polo Room (Capacity: 45) The Polo Room provides a charming area for intimate lunches & dinners, meetings, cocktail parties etc. The room offers a light and airy interior and is equipped with its own private bar and separate entrance from the restaurant. Confirmation of Bookings To confirm your booking the attached form should be completed and returned to us, within 48 hours of a tentative booking being made, otherwise the management reserves the right to release the booking and allocate the space to another client. Guaranteed Numbers To ensure our maximum efficiency, a guaranteed number of guests are required two full working days prior to the event. This will be regarded as the minimum number for catering and charging. Payment Unless credit arrangements have been established with the management of the restaurants prior to the reservation date, settlement of the account will be at conclusion of the meal. We accept all major credit cards and company cheques by prior agreement. Room Hire During the Christmas period minimum numbers will be required for private dining: The Polo Room @ One Pico 25 guests. At all other times of the year minimum numbers for all the rooms is 12. Parties below 12 incur a €200 room hire charge. Loss or Damage The restaurants will be under no liability for any loss, damage or injury to the client’s property or the property of the client’s guests, if such loss, damage, injury is due to the act, neglect or default of the client or his guests, servants or agents. Time Restriction We cannot guarantee swift service and short pauses between courses. To help us provide efficient service it is important for guests to honour their arrival and seating time. The seating time will be reconfirmed with the host or organiser 15 minutes prior to the expected seating time. If guests are running late, the host or organiser will have to reschedule the seating time with the manager. The restaurant cannot take responsibility for delayed service due to late arrivals and seating times. Lunch parties will be asked to vacate the premises no later than 5.00pm Taxis The restaurant can not guarantee to arrange taxis for clients upon request, if taxis are required at the end of a party please provide a list at the start of the evening, detailing – name, destination and time. Cancellation Deposits for a confirmed booking in December are non-refundable. If there is a cancellation within 48 hours prior to the confirmed event, you, the client will be sent an invoice of between 25 – 30 % of the bill. |
